Responsible Officer (RA 4&5 / 9) ~50K Working location: Admiralty Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of the asset investment management department in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements • Establish and periodically review operational manuals, procedures and workflows • Lead investment committee meetings to formulate investment strategy and asset allocation across different asset classes • Manage portfolios and conduct risk management policies • Other ad hoc assignments from time to time Requirements: • Degree holder of finance, economics, accounting or other related disciplines • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience • Currently SFC registered RO for Type 9 RA is required, Type 4 and 5 may also be considered • Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control • CFA is strongly preferred • Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) • Trustworthy, reliable and loyal • Immediately available is highly preferred All interested parties, please send your CV in a MS WORD format to: recruit@ajobhk ; Attn: Ms Lui.
